Remove old shower tray walk in and bi fold doors then replace with acrylic bath. Old pipework for likely hidden behind wet wall. Wet wall to be kept. Toilet handle needs replaced as spring back mechanism failing. Cistern is within a concealed unit.

To repair kitchen sink, waste pipe has come undone. Basically the "plumber"who fitted it done a bad job installing sink & pipework under sink!
