My neighbour in the flat directly below me informs me that a small crack has appeared in her bathroom ceiling. There is staining in the area surrounding the crack, which she thinks is due to water ingress. I need a plumber to find the source of any leak from my bathroom and to repair it.

A plumber fitted a new plastic connection pipe between my toilet cistern and the toilet pan. However, it quickly developed a small leak at the connection point of the pipe to the toilet pan (a few drips each time the toilet is flushed).
