This is to connect a washing machine to the pipes. Might need a longer cable, and a ring, to tighten the hose to the pipe. This is following a removal and installation to a new flat. Nothing is broken. Not an emergency, can be within the next week.

Hi, I not to fix weird smell coming out from my downstairs toilet. I don't know the source of the smell . I need someone who can investigate and fix the smell.

The bathroom sink is not draining the water properly. I suspect that the cleaning of the pipe is required to let it flow properly.

The drain on my bathroom is leaking slightly. We need to replace a pipe or connection. Access is through the wall, we may need to enlarge the hole to reach.
