Hi, I'm looking to have someone take a look at our toilet and shower please. The toilet doesn't flush well (I've checked the water level, it's not that) and takes about 7 attempts, and our shower head keeps leaking because the shower on/off twist cog mechanism doesn't fully switch off the water. Is this something you can assist with?

To take out existing bath. To put in shower tray, or cubicle , shower already there. Take ot sink, replace sink To take out and replace existing toilet . To tile and make tidy around where bath originally was. Oap rates if possible and asap Thanks

Hi, There is a leak under the kitchen sink, I think there should be a pipe connected to the washing machine which is linked to the red switch pipe but it’s not there. I’m not getting constant hot water from house taps, the hot water comes for a few seconds and changes over to cold, the hot water works completely fine in the shower unit.
