There is a leak from the 1st floor bathroom sink from the exit drain pipe just after its exits through the brick wall. Just external to the brick wall there is a connecting pipe which looks like a radiator hose with metal circle clip!! It is leaking from this connection. Please quote! I can send photos! thanks

Old style toilet cistern with a handle mechanism. Flush doesnt work, water is in the reservoir but doesnt flush down to the bowl. Possibly diaphragm issue.
