Severely blocked toilet

I am a landlord and have two jobs, both involving replacing two kitchen taps (not mixer taps) in properties in St Werburghs and in Easton. They are not urgent and can be done within one or two weeks, but need to be reliably done.

Hi I have a bath tap that's been replaced but not connected to the pipes, do you cover this and if so how much would this work cost? Thanks
