I have a water leakage in my house, and i don’t know where the leakage is.

Hi, I hope you’re doing well. Actually in my house, we have been notified that there might be a leak, not inside the property but outside. However we cannot find our stopcock and we think that we didn’t have one in the first place. Our water bill is very high and in order to detect our leakage we need a stopcock. Can you install one for us?
