Hi my name is erika and i would like to know how much would be to fix leaking water under the sink in kitchen

Replace TRV on some radiators and exchange 2 small bathroom radiators for towel warmers .

Remove a radiator for decorating/plastering

Fix a leak in ceiling pipe above Bathroom

Kitchen sink blockage for last 2 to 3 days. Water is draining but it takes upto 1 hour

Sink spring stopper part rusty and needs replacing (stuck in down position)

Leaking pipe outside that needs to be changed - have already had it diagnosed by another plumber so just need it fixed and have a photo of the pipe if need be

Fit new taps in bathroom sink I have new taps

Toilet pan connector is leaking.

Install new bath toilet and basin. To be fitted this week.
