Plumbers near B96 from £24 per hour

I need the boiler checked because it isn’t working and a a washer/dryer installed.

Bath room tap is dripping,need to cut the water supply to that tap

Bathroom sink plug hole needs replacing (metal/plastic bit rotted away), waste basin underneath looks fine.

Pipe dripping under kitchen sink near the water meter and when using the shower or washing machine it floods my kitchen so think there's a blocked pipe/drain. This is an issue I have have before

Feed that goes into the wash basins is leaking, leaking at joining divider in the roof where the light switch in the bedroom is, wall is hot around the area where the light switch is, leaking through the roof space down the walls in the 2 bedrooms. Water has been isolated, electrics turned off at the property.
