A strange smell is coming from a pipe running floor to ceiling adjacent to the kitchen sink. Smell is not coming from the sink itself though, but from a hatch on the wall where this vertical pipe is located. I'd need someone to identify the origin of this smell and fix it. Propably carry out a smoke test and fix and seal the pipe and the hatch on the wall. Thanks
