1) @ 5 - have taken out loos, bath, basin, kitchen sink - I'm not replacing them - but I want to keep the plumbing in place (just in case) - so need the hot/cold and waste to be tidied up/cut back to be more flush to walls. 2) @ 1 - Disconnect & cap hot/cold and waste.
