15mm Copper elbow is leaking where maybe limescale has built up from too much flux or poor soldering? I would like the washing relocated. I have a large covered balcony where I would like the washing machine to go. The balcony is located next to the kitchen, so the cold water supply and waste is not to far away.

Outside drain blocked in the small garden patio area. Kitchen water draining into courtyard. Also washing machine not draining and water collecting in the machine. Could this be connected? Unsure. Would like a professional to come and have a look. Many thanks.
