My soil pipe has a hole at a join and is dripping right outside the back door. The down part is caste iron, I think the section from the building is plastic but the rotten section is caste iron... I think? some of the pipes need replacing but if time is a problem just yet, the leaky section needs replacing ASAP. I have scaffolding up at the moment.

It is heating the water, but new tenant saying it is getting cold quick after usage, although I used the water for 3 days just few days ago and it was hot all day.
