My toilet makes a horn noise after flushing. I have the valve, but I was unable to replace it myself, because flushing only empties half of the cistern. So that may also need looked into.

I have a leak at the back of my toilet, it leaks when the toilet flushes. This has caused the water to leak to the carpark underneath the flat. I’d like to know how much it would cost to fix an issue like this? I live in East Acton, W3 7FL.

Fit thermostatic valves on all radiators

A Thames Water engineer has confirmed and identified a leak on the cold-water storage tank located behind the boarding above the toilet. He’s confirmed there is water leaking into the bath from the tank overflow, which is connected to the bath overflow. A repair will need to be carried out. May I please have a quote?

Water pressure rising and can't stop it from rising I am turning on all taps so the water can flow through and I dknt know where my valve is where to stop water

Leaky kitchen tap likely to be washer issue and tap does not turn off fully. Also drainage problem that disturbs drainage of water from the washing machine. I think the washing machine hose is connected to the kitchen sink drainage

The leak has occurred from the top and the first floor causing the damage to the ceiling downstairs and ground floor retail outlet. Stopping the lack and writing a report on the damaged caused.

Pipe under sink is leaking, need to replace.
