My toilet is blocked with what I suspect to be a foreign object. I friend using a plunger but it only worsened things and now my toilet water is brown and keeps rising when I flush

Swap lounge radiator from single 1200x600 to a double (have new one here with valves). Cap 2 pipes to a radiator that's already been removed and drop under floor.....loads of slack on pipe so can be lifted to cap then drop below floor level. Fit a tap mixer shower to bath. Fit a towel radiator in bathroom.

Replace float valve in toilet cistern

Toilet flush mechanism is broken and kitchen sink is blocked
