My parents live in Sileby and have a number of "odd jobs" relative to plumber required, rather an emergency call outs etc. The taps in the bathroom do not work, we need an old flimsy sink removed from the utility room, and a pipe is pulling away from the exterior wall causing it to drip onto the windows etc. I expect a few hours of work but looking to book someone in to get these issues resolved....
