Just had my loft insulation topped-up but they weren't allowed to finish the same for the cold water tank. It involves cutting the pipe that runs from the Surrey flange, on the top of the HW tank, to near the CW tank, in order to fit the new lid (it vents into the CW tank in the loft thro' the new tank lid). After which the short lengths of loft insulation need to be replaced. 'It's a job...

Water supply pipe replacement. Poor water pressure. Pressure tested at affinity water boundary and is adequate, so assume the pipe to properly not adequate? Probably a 20m run from boundary to incomes. Can send pictures.
