Just to fix a connection between main water supply with T joint pipe connector and the wc flush tank in the toilet I'm trying to fix it but there is water leak when I turn the main supply on

Looking to open a coffee shop in Summer and the building has a downstairs toilet. I ideally need to have a toilet placed upstairs for disabled access with sink.
