Work is in a flat. Remove bath and chipboard underneath bath, replace board, add new bath. Re-tile walls around bath and seal. Also, replace electric shower (Mira sport) with something similar.

Water supply pipe replacement

Apparently there is leak of radiator pipe inside wall. Apparent by wet plaster board and pressure in system falling all the time (needs top up every 3-4 hours). This is located in living room, in fairly accessible place. The job would be to find source of leak, fix it, deal with hole in the wall and replenish system with inhibitor.

New Radiator and sink

Frankie hot water tap 7 yrs old in single habitant household, not working properly. Spring gone in hot tap side. Heating Unit in kitchen cupboard was getting very hot and when I moved it it had burnt the fabric of the cupboard, over the 7 year period. I switched it off immediately. Might be replaceable or might need a tap and unit!! Filters changed regularly during the 7 years.

Bathroom will be completely stripped back. Currently has a bath, want someone to instal a shower, including tray, and a towel rail where electric shower was. I will install a screen, toilet and sink as well as tile myself as have a small budget
