Hi, my name is Enna, our flat has a leaky tap in the kitchen. Our landlord talked about using hot water and soap to calm it down but that hasn’t been working, we wanted someone to come down and take a look

1) Fix a leaking shower. It has a Hydramax valve. The shower head leaks. Having replaced the shower head with one with an off button, the pipe between the shower head and the valve leaks at both ends. There might also be a leak where the screw on the underside holds the valve casing together. 2) Replace the kitchen tap, which also has a slight leak.
