Hello, A internal Water pipe has an occasional small leak/drip on the join, this has rotted part of the ceiling in a room downstairs. I have tried, 2-part epoxy, CT1 etc. but none of it worked. From looking on the internet the permanent fix, it needs blow torch to melt the solder, take the pipe out, cleaning, fluxing and soldering again but I need a professional so it might need something...
