HEAT EXCHANGE UNIT INSTALLTION Apologies. Actually this was a "false"diagnosis by a so called Gas Safe Engineer "who Totally misfired". The issue had nothing to do with the Heat exchange. I'm not sure why he made that to be the problem. Very disappointed. Thank you for responding anyway.
