It's a newly constructed property, and the exchange is scheduled for mid of this month. While an electric hob has been installed, I prefer to have it replaced with a gas hob (roughly 1.25m pipe work needed). Given the 3-year warranty and the existing gas connection, I'd like this replacement done before my move-in.
