Hello I manage a portfolio of 20 HMO properties mainly in Tower Hamlets plus a few properties in Islington and Southwark, I'm looking to build a long-term relationship with a few Handyman. Could you please confirm what are your rates? Ideally looking for someone charging £40/£50 per hour
