Hello I manage a portfolio of 20 HMO properties mainly in Tower Hamlets plus a few properties in Islington and Southwark, I'm looking to build a long-term relationship with a few Handyman. Could you please confirm what are your rates? Ideally looking for someone charging £40/£50 per hour

Very easy job, lay 3m x 3m carpet square and then a 7 m by 3M all furniture removed already except one bed. Carpet sitting next to 3M and already on floor of 7M Just cut the edges and stick done. must be a professional with tools and experience.
