Please give me a quote for replacing the inside pane of a double-glazed unit within a wooden frame. If it's easier/cheaper, the whole window can be replaced. The measurements are: window height = 104cm, width = 71cm. The window is in a first floor maisonette and can be accessed across the kitchen sink as well as via a ladder from the garden below.

Hinge has gone on one D/G window and a screw needs tightening on another D/G frame (but the screw is at an awkward angle, which I don't have the tools for). Windows I think are about 1.2m x 1.2m.

D/G Window Frame repair. Two window frames need repairing, as they are not closing properly. One window is the hinge, the other needs a scre tightening, but due to the angle of the screw, I can't get to it.
