Hinge has gone on one D/G window and a screw needs tightening on another D/G frame (but the screw is at an awkward angle, which I don't have the tools for). Windows I think are about 1.2m x 1.2m.

Need to replace a single-glazed window pane (roughly 50cm × 65cm) in a sash window. It can be accessed from inside the building provided the window frame is removed. If accessed from the outside it is a first-floor window on a building that has a lower-ground (/basement) floor and a ground floor.
