Need to replace a single-glazed window pane (roughly 50cm × 65cm) in a sash window. It can be accessed from inside the building provided the window frame is removed. If accessed from the outside it is a first-floor window on a building that has a lower-ground (/basement) floor and a ground floor.

Removal and Installation of replacement glass

Please give me a quote for replacing the inside pane of a double-glazed unit within a wooden frame. If it's easier/cheaper, the whole window can be replaced. The measurements are: window height = 104cm, width = 71cm. The window is in a first floor maisonette and can be accessed across the kitchen sink as well as via a ladder from the garden below.

Install safety clips to the bottom of 3 sheets of glass which form a skylight. (This is easily accessible no ladders required.) After having the tiles around the skylight replaced yesterday the roofer says the glass needs the clips to stop them from sliding down. They were being held in place by mastic previously.
