Following works to be carried out but they are not emergency.two of the double glazed windows requires new hinges,so the windows can close properly, a small gap at the bottom. One glazed unit in kitchen is slightly cloudy.like to replace. Two side glasses in the front door is cracked requires reglazing with similar type glass. Hinge has gone on one D/G window and a screw needs tightening on another D/G frame (but the screw is at an awkward angle, which I don't have the tools for). Windows I think are about 1.2m x 1.2m.
