Velux Loft conversion Small terraced house 6m x 11m approx. Ideally with en-suite. Needs to be a 'proper room' i.e signed off by building standards. 2-3 windows. The loft is not currently boarded out. The roof also needs some TLC ( new felt ) and some new 2x4's. If possible we would also like some solar panels attached at the same time. ersion
