It is expected to reutilise existing windows and bifold doors. The exterior can be either clad in shiplap type cladding rather than traditional brick to save costs. The current infill extension sitting room has a fibre glass flat roof and the bedroom would potentially be a sloping roof from the eves rather than a full height to match existing roof. Access is via a 1m side return. There is plenty of parking and skip space.
