I have bought all of the goods for the bathroom to be installed. First I will need the current bathroom removed, following this the new items installed (joint bath shower with shower screen, sink & vanity unit, mirror, wall hung toilet, radiator, taps etc). I am keen to know your day rate and estimated time.

Wet room installation

Remove old toilet ( very small room) install new toilet .

I would like my standard bath removed and a walk in bath and thermostatic shower installed.

Fitting only required Replace toilet, sink, bath and tiles approx 3.5m squared flooring 5m squared for walls.

Bathroom cladding installation

Create an upstairs toilet and washbasin in a home with only bathroom downstairs. Plumbing is going to need a macerating system. There is an outside wall with small window for room and stud wall and door would need to be created.

ASAP: Replace silicone in and around shower, around tiled floor, basin and toilet Its a shower room, need all old silicone removed and replaced with good quality anti mould silicone, needs to be a very high quality and tidy job. I have another unit that will need doing depending on how the first one goes.

Fit contemporary bathroom.

Refurbishment of bathroom. Remove tiles, plastering, remove bath. Move toilet, move sink. Install shower, sink and toilet.
