Me and my partner are moving into a property (SE17 3QY - Kennington, London) and we expect to complete the sale and get the keys on the 28th March. While the existing hardwood parquet basket weave flooring is in good condition, we would like to touch this up before we move in our belongings from our rental property on the 19th April. We would need sanding and oiling/varnishing (we would need your advice and guidance on which one would be best) the approximate area of the floors that need to be worked on is 55 square meters (open plan living room, dining room & kitchen + small upstairs landing and medium sized bedroom).
