Plumbers near S36 from £24 per hour

Hello I'm wanting work done in my kitchen. I want to move my washing machine to the other side of the room by my stop tap, so I would like a new cold water feed to the washing machine and a waste pipe connecting to the mains sewer. I also want a new hot/cold feed and a waste pipe extended from its current location to another wall. Think this would be a days work.

Extension of waste pipe in the kitchen. Needs to connect to the dish washer

Removal of old appliances, dishwasher, dryer and washing machine

Toilet is blocked, nothing is visible in the bowl or reachable with drain rod, blockage must be further down

Fit 2 radiaters off the floor in bedrooms

First fix 2nd fix install pipe work and radiators hot and cold etc

Outside leaking won't turn off

Blocked toilet, it’s not in the ubend., I believe it’s in the angled pipe that goes Into the large drain

I’ve received complaint that there is a leak coming from my flat to the flat below me. We do not know the source of the leak and if it’s even coming from my flat. I will please need a plumber to access and locate where the leak is coming from and potentially fix the problem if it’s coming from my flat. Thanks
