Replace float valve in toilet cistern

I'm looking for a reasonably priced professional opinion/ report from a plumber regarding a damage in the shower that our previous landlord claims we caused. Access to the property in not possible but I have some details regarding the damage from our landlords emails.

The shower in bathroom is chased and fixed on the communal wall with neighbours, want to change that to the other end to my own wall to prevent water leak to neighbours.

Replace a couple of radiators and ensure all radiators are working properly

When switched on heating in one of the rooms I saw flash and heard a pop from either the pump or the polypipe control part of the under floor heating system. Now none of the components has power, so need an electrician to come have a look. Budget ~£45~65/hour + material if needed
