Hello there Genesis team. I need some help with; Fixing the drainage in the kitchen between the washing machine and the sink because they are connected for some random reason. Whenever the washing machine is being used, smelly water comes out of the sink and fills it half the way up. While the clothes in the washing machine aren’t really cleaned properly.

We are looking to get a pump fitted in our shower, but first want to check that the current drainage can handle a pump. We also have another shower that is stuck on one temperature and would like to look at getting that fixed.

I recently got a shower fitted but there's no shower pressure due to issues with tap connectors etc. I would ideally like my shower pressure fixed asap!

Replace the float valve in the toilet cistern. I have a classic closed-coupled toilet with a cistern behind the toilet. The know gets stuck in the cistern, and as a result, the cistern is not flushing. I think that the mechanism is rusty and might need to be replaced. When can you do the job and what is the price?
