- Fit new ceiling in small edroom (the old one has had extensive water damage and needs replacing/a new plasterboard ceiling fitted underneath the damaged one. - New roof on small bike shed in backyard. -Replace small gate door in backyard It is a very small, 2-bedroom, old terraced house.

Assemble flat pack greenhouse. No instructions tho as they was not in the package

Fit new door seal to washing machine ( I have the part).

Joinery = box in combi boiler & panel below dado in bathroom brickwork = dwarf garden wall with wrought iron railings and gates painting = entire house inside and outside plumbing = remove old bath and re install slipper bath electrical = reinstate chandeliers in 5 rooms

Washer needs to be properly connected to the water supply.
