I need to have my oiled seat refitted.

My closet door is jammed and is not openning. I think the lock is broken or the door somehow expanded overnight. I need it opened urgently as my laptop is inside and I need to work. Been trying to open it since last night.

I got a used oak veneer triple door wardrobe in my place with required screws. The wardrobes are partially assembled , I have the small side(single door) of the wardrobe fitted with shelves , the double door side as well has the shelves fitted. I want to bring it together and elevate it.

Installing a new keysafe at the front door of a property in stone work; removing an old broken keysafe which cannot be opened, so likely will need to be drilled out.
