Glass / glaziers near BA3

Repair a six panel post and rail balustrade. Requires several new fixings to hold glass in position. Balustrade is about 4 years old.

Cut two pieces glass, 46 x 50 cm to make them smaller

Replace two broken reeded glass panels either side of door 1610mm x 235mm

2 double glazed windows seals have gone, filled with condensation.

Install 2 windows. One bedroom and one bathroom.

Remove and refit front room window to enable sofa delivery
