We've had a pre purchase inspection done on a house and it has highlighted some dangerous outside wiring to a shed, a standard "twin and earth" (not armoured!) Cable has been run from somewhere in the house outside and then across the top of the soil to the shed about 10 meters away. This house will be a rental property so we need the wire making safe somehow with the least disturbance to inside...
