2 of my ceiling spot lights have gone out in my shower room, tried replacing bulb still not working.

When switched on heating in one of the rooms I saw flash and heard a pop from either the pump or the polypipe control part of the under floor heating system. Now none of the components has power, so need an electrician to come have a look. Budget ~£40~65/hour + material if needed

I have two Redring Powerstream Eco 10.8KW water heaters. One does not work at all, the other supplies water to wash basin but not to shower.

Phone line socket/switch come off wall- exposed wires.

Nuaire MRXBOX95-WM2 unit is broken and needs service / repair. The lights have all gone off the unit and the extractor fan in the bathroom has stopped working, whilst the fans in the living room and bedroom seem to have gone into overdrive (excessive noise and breeze from the ceiling units).
