We have 6 spot light operated by single switch. While changing one of the spot light, the fuse for the entire hall tripped off. We managed to keep that one switch untouched now and get the light by turning fuse on. Want the fix, so we can enjoy our spot light back

Moving into a two bed terrace: - TV mounted on wall in living room - Swap chrome electric wall sockets (probably about 10 or so) - Swap chrome light switches for new ones (probably 5-6 of them) - Remove TV aerial cable which is sticking out of the wall in the bedroom - Look at a few random plugs/wires which are left in the living room (old broadband, tv etc).
