Downlights installation

We have 6 spot light operated by single switch. While changing one of the spot light, the fuse for the entire hall tripped off. We managed to keep that one switch untouched now and get the light by turning fuse on. Want the fix, so we can enjoy our spot light back

My son bought a new style light fitting and decided in his wisdom to try fit it himself. Now got 3 cables with 9 wires in total from ceiling and he hasn't got a clue which one goes where. Can any one help? How much would this cost?

Fit 2 new plug sockets in a top-level flat with access to main circuit through attic

Moving into a two bed terrace: - TV mounted on wall in living room - Swap chrome electric wall sockets (probably about 10 or so) - Swap chrome light switches for new ones (probably 5-6 of them) - Remove TV aerial cable which is sticking out of the wall in the bedroom - Look at a few random plugs/wires which are left in the living room (old broadband, tv etc).

Fit a new external plug socket in the garden from an interanl socket. Needs to be weather proof for use all year round.

Fit pendant light fitting ,kitchen spot light and flush light fitting

Replace ceramic with induction hob. Hob has been removed, cable still attached to wall and appliance. Same cable hopefully will still be used from wall…just need wire into new appliance and relevant checks done eg cable, earthing, rcd etc
