An EICR needed for a 1 bedroom flat. The consumer unit does not have any RCD. I'm unsure whether this is a requirement of of an EICR for a flat which is to be rented. The bathroom has an electric shower, again I don't know if this makes a an RCD a requirement. IF RCD protection is required please quote for this work and the EICR. Thanks
