I have a mains’ circuit breaker that tripped which is the lights for a bathroom as well as the garden’s. I turned it off subsequently as when I tried to put it back on, it didn’t allow it. I had someone working in the kitchen (next to that bathroom) and I suspect that caused the issue. Most likely is the actual circuit breaker that needs to be replaced.
