EICR test - we are buying a 2 bedroom (+1 loft room) victorian terrace in BS5, Bristol. Sellers informed us that previous electrical report was unsatisfactory and they did only a few changes. We want to learn the current safety situation and if it required repair/rewiring - how much it would cost. We can see on the previous report from 2019, there are 8 circuits. Thanks for EICR quote.

Bathroom extractor fan replacement Coincidental bad luck - upstairs bathroom inline extractor is only working intermittantly, and the downstairs toilet extractor has also failed!I think this is bad luck - no sign of electrical issues in the house I've got replacements for both and would like a quote to get them fitted - Tuesday next week onwards would be perfect.
