Hi all, I would like to install 6 downlights in my livingroom which would replace the current 2 ceiling lights. I want to also change the main two way switch to a dimmer switch to operate these lights. Please let me know how long and how much this would be.? Please quote on this job to include the downlights. I have some light bulbs to change. I already have all the material: LED panel 9w, 5W LED ceiling lights (for bathroom and kitchen), SES bulbs for a lamp in the meeting rooms and choc box (for LED panel). Also, I have two extractor fans in the toilets that are not working. If the electrician can check them, we can organize another day to change or repair them. Thanks

One light flickers constantly (changed lightbulb to check it wasn't a fault with the lightbulb) and in another room the light switch doesn't work at all (but when a bulb is plugged in it does work but no way of turning this off without just taking the bulb out).

The electrical hob switch at the wall sometimes, but not always, trips the electricity in the whole flat. Sometimes it is the wall switch which trips the circuit and other times it is one of the hob dials.
