Troubleshooting an electrical source to old cooker circuit, assumed redundant, cannot be switched off at consumer unit. Mystery preventing further general house repair works. Can be disconnected by shutting down whole house3, but the source remains a mystery when not connected to the consumer unit. Investigation needed asap (not an emergency).
