One of the bulb suddenly not working, then I changed a new one, but still not working, then I found the fuse box RCD is tripped. After I reset the RCD and all handle in fuse box, then half of the flat is no lighting. I suspect the fusebox is faulty therefore only half of the flat has lighting.
