Fit a dimmer switch and a LED ceiling light

Part of wiring in ceiling was disconnected due to a leak from above, the second leak from above through the same spot - directly through the ceiling light fixture. I need an assessment on the condition of the wiring (whether rewiring will be necessary) and if it is safe to do so reconnect so that we can use our upstairs lights.

Hi all, I would like to install 6 downlights in my livingroom which would replace the current 2 ceiling lights. I want to also change the main two way switch to a dimmer switch to operate these lights. Please let me know how long and how much this would be.? Please quote on this job to include the downlights. Fit a wired SimpliSafe pro smart doorbell to my front door and connect to mains. Wiring is currently there but to a battery pack / chime so it needs to be wired to the mains which is next to the door. Transformer needed and maybe something to cover the wiring. No chime needed.
